J House Greenwich Hosts the Art of Nancy Landauer
By Ernie Garcia | January 15, 2026
The J House Greenwich will celebrate Nancy Landauer’s Pop Art-inspired paintings on January 28 at The J Gallery.
The Westport-based Landauer will host the event, which runs from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The artist will be available to discuss her affinity for the imagery of the 1960s and 1970s, and her exploration of Abstract Expressionism and collage.
Landauer’s works incorporate fragments of logos and cartoons, and she juxtaposes them with pop portraits. She has exhibited widely in the tristate area, including at the White Room Gallery in East Hampton; Sheffer Gallery at the Westport Library; and at Westport’s Salon Dada.
Born and educated in New York, Landauer earned a BFA in Illustration from Parsons School of Design and she enjoyed a career in magazine illustration and textile design.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Maria Fareri Children's Hospital.
